Self-Esteem and Confidence

We operate from our beliefs - question them to understand them! You choose your believe freely therefore you are free to discard them if you choose to.

You miss every shot you don’t take! So no matter what you fear, you owe it to yourself to find a more empowered way of being.
never give up

You are more than you think you are. There's an old saying - the map is not the territory. A map of Toronto is not the city of Toronto, it doesn't contain all the sounds, sights and smells that the city does (thank goodness!). The city is far bigger, richer and more vibrant than could ever be conveyed by a map. A person's map of who they are (their self-concept) is not who they really are. You are far more powerful, capable and amazing than your map of yourself.

There is only one problem and it does not exist.

The one problem is the idea that there are problems, that all is not well. Just like something only becomes a piece of art when someone puts a frame around it, something only becomes a problem when someone describes it as such. The basic structure of a problem is this: “Things are not as they are meant to be, and I cannot be happy until they are put right.

But this is a lie.

What you focus on increases, and your ability to create the external circumstances of wellbeing start on the inside, knowing that all is well, that there is nothing to fear.
