There are hundreds of different Exercise prescriptions possible. For my clients they get what
they the exercise prescribed, they need for their body to heal.
But there are also some general Exercises that are calming, strengthening and advisable for
anybody. Here are some of them:

Private
Training
Are you interested in taking private training to learn medical
QiGong healing? If you have personal or private needs, specific health concerns - or if your
time or travel is restricted - you may want to work outside the boundaries of a class
situation.
I have taken an intensive 3 year training program in Medical QiGong Healing and
hold a Masters certificate. Ive additionally taught weekly classes in an Etobicoke (west
Toronto) clinic for a year.
Perhaps more importantly, Im flexible, passionate about this type of healing and I can adapt the
sessions to your individual needs. So lets talk about how you can learn QiGong movements that will
benefit your body.
